| Cannot say enough good things about the hotel. However, they were overbooked and offered to move us to a different Palace Resort including all transportation and $500 resort credit. We took the offer for the last day after spending two nights in Cozumel for a weeding and it was a huge mistake. The new hotel did not honor the level of accommodation we paid for, we cannot use any of our credits as all services at the new hotel was fully booked the entire weekend. Horrible experience at the Aventura Spa Palace Resorts. |

| Food, service and facility all excellent. Four restaurant choices, all with interesting menus. Bfst and lunch buffets also excellent with many good choices, lots of seafood, fresh fruit and great desserts.
Snorkeling off the hotel dock was very good. Lots to see right close in. Water very clear. In-house dive shop was also good for Scuba.
Hotel gave us enough hotel credit to cover two dive trips, two Spa visits, our photos, plus an upgrade to an ocean-view room with balcony and jacuzzi! An unexpected bonus.
Easy walk to downtown shopping. Nightly shows were entertaining.
All in all, a great stay and an excellent value. |

| From the moment we arrived at the palace, we were greeted with amazing staff who until the day we checked out went above and beyond. That is just their motto, to surpass the guest's expectations. I felt very safe and comfortable around everyone. The bar guys super cool. The food was great for all inclusive. It did taste a bit bland at times but we never left thinking we'd rather have gone out. We didn't take advantage of the night entertainment but we tried to walk the grounds every night and take in the atmosphere. The sky is amazing in Cozumel. |

| Upon arrival the front desk could not find our reservation, thou we had called earlier in the week and were confirmed. Much confusion with consierge over the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had "concierge level" room, which included champagne and small, very tasty treats each day. The pool was quite nice...but, beware, there is no beach at this property. The hotel is located in an urban-like area. No landscaping or fresh flowers anywhere. The breakfast buffet was very nice, the service at all of the restaurants was good and the staff very nice...thou the food was not very good. No spices, no salt, or pepper. Unfortunately, the best meal we had was at the TGIF's at the Dallas airport. |

| We just returned from 10 wonderful days at the Palace for our 5th Anniversary. We did a ton of research on this hotel and found most everything that people raved about to be true. This was our first time at an AI, and we found the food good but not great. Luis at the pool bar will make you all different drinks you haven't even heard of, that were very good. They do say tips are included but if you give a little extra, you get a TON in return. After a few days of going to the restaurants and bars they do get to know your name, where you are from and your preferences. If you think the drinks are a little weak all you need to do is ask for them to be a little stronger, and they will knock your socks off. An example of the the amazing service was with the lobby bar tenders: I have never liked tequila (all I really every had was Jose Cuervo) so the bar tender picked out 6 different types for me, for my own personal tequila tasting (small shots with limes). I was just blown away how everybody in all facets of the operation there go out of there way to make your trip fantastic and how each gracias is met with a "my pleasure". If something isn't right or there is something you want, just ask they will make every attempt to do it for you.
The rooms were absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. They showers had great water pressure and the bathroom was very spacious. The bed was great, which is a big compliment from us, I like soft beds, my wife likes hard beds and this was right down the middle, they even gave me an extra thick blanket to put under the bottom sheet to make it softer for me. The maid service came to the room twice a day if you wanted them to with fresh towels and turn down service. The mini bar was well stocked with water, pop, beer and other drinks. There was so much in this hotel, we could not come close to enjoying it all in 10 days!

| The Cozumel palace had the best service and finest staff I have ever seen. They simply cannot do enough for you. If you are a diver, it is the place to be.
My family went for a spring get away. We would not return to Cozumel only because we are beach people and snorklers vs. divers. The snorkeling is not good due to hurricane damage and lack of plant life in shallow areas. At the Palace we were not near a beach, however we managed to have a very memorable time due to the wonderful service at the palace. The food was OK, a 5/10. I simply cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel- if you are a diver it seems the place to go!!
You are not there to eat!! The price was great too!! |

| Phenomenal service, exceptional food and drinks, terrific rooms w/ great views, lots of wonderful activities and shows, perfect location w/ walking distance to all downtown shops, great spa. We will only stay at palace hotel resorts from now on. they really make you feel special and that they are thankful for your business. |

| The Pros: Hotel was very appealing inside and out, had a very luxurious feel to it. The staff was extremely helpful and attended to our every need. Jucuzzi tub in the room was very relaxing, used it everyday. Room came with a lot of ammenities..shampoo,conditioner,lotion,bubble bath, toothbrushes & toothpaste,razor & shaving creme,mini bar, wine, lots of liquor, etc (all of which comes with the price of the room). Hair and bath products were Biosilk brand...very nice. Hotel has a dive shop on site that was very convienent. The hotel spa was more than wonderful, we had the best massages we have ever had. There's a maid service that comes around in the evening to bring extra towels and turn down the bed.
The Cons: The bed sheets did have a stain on them and so did the bath robes. The food overall was not great, although it was nice to be able to order room service 24/7, and have it all included in price of room. We put our room service tray outside our door to be picked up, which it sat there for many hours. There were activites at night..music, dancing, entertainment. We are early risers so, this was not something we enjoyed..especially since it starts at 9pm and makes it hard to sleep.
We would stay at this hotel again. We felt like we got a lot for our money. |
