Recent Intercontinental Presidente Cozumel Review: "This was a great hotel (strangely, it seemed fairly empty in late March, but all the more room at the pool for everyone else!). There are separate pools for adults and families with children, which is nice. My only complaint is that some of the waiters in the restaurant were a bit disorganized and smug. Waiting for a while for a check, item ordered  that was forgotten, and hardly a smile. Service staff should always great you with a smile, and should always ask if there is anything else they can get you. Here they gave you the impression that they were doing you a favor and need not be gracious! Other than that, fabulous. We got maid service 3 times a day, and loved the 'two showers' in every simple room (great for showering off after the pool outside, in your atrium, while another person showers inside!)"
